• Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for company management.

• Ensure that each crew has the tools it needs to meet project milestones.

• Maintaining sales orders on system for all divisions.

• Create project schedules that include materials estimates and manpower needs to be order and submitted to management.

• Co-ordination with site team, client and different vendors.

• Co-ordinate project deliverables and assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for company management.

• Responding and resolving any sales related queries via phone, e-mail and in writing.

• Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking.

• Schedule meetings, travel arrangement for the members of the company.

• Provide administrative support for operation team and responsible for handling the operation of the front office.

• Managing day-to-day activities, outsourced facility management staff, etc. and checking monthly bills for the same.

• Payment follow up with Clients.

• Order follow up with vendors and site team.

• To maintain and send daily activity report to Sr. Engineer/ Manager.

• All the tasks that are required to complete.

Qualification
Candidates with Civil Engineering background (Degree/Diploma) will be preferred.
